Attendance Fee

Fees include conference proceedings, lunch, refreshments, evening programme and get
together.
Charges do not include VAT.
Please note the more than 30% price reduction offered for two day registration.

Participation Conditions

Upon receipt of your application you will
receive an invoice as well as a confirmation of your attendance.
For cancellations of the One-on-One registration, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellations of the congress registration received before March 3, 2006 are exempt from charges. For later cancellations of the congress or for non-attendance, the full amount will be charged.
