How to participate:
- Register and submit a company, person and co-operation
profile online at
http://ifat.b2bmatchmaking.com/p_index.php
- Profiles are published in a constantly updated online
catalogue, which is the basis for the bilateral meetings
- Participants select interesting profiles from the catalogue and
request meetings, to discuss potential business co-operations
- If confirmed, a 30-minute meeting is scheduled by the
EU Co-operation Unit
- Individual meeting schedules will be sent out to the
participants a few days prior to the event
- All meetings take place on 15 September 2010
- The conference language is English
Registration and Submission of profiles:
- 31 July 2010 (Early Bird: 30 April 2010)
Booking of individual meetings:
150,- € (plus 19% VAT) per person
80,- € (plus VAT 19%) for universities
Early Bird: 20% discount for registrations until 30 April 2010
(fee includes one-day IFAT entrance ticket, business breakfast
public transportation, snacks and refreshments)
Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation to
the e-mail address submitted. The invoice will be sent by separate
mail, unless otherwise stated. Cancellation will be free of charge by
3 September 2010. Afterwards and in case of „no show", the total
amount will be due. Representation of participants is possible as to
prior agreement.
