Registration:

How to participate:

• Register online under www.bayern-innovativ.de/
  logistics-brokerage and submit a competence profile
  in the online catalogue
• The online catalogue will be updated with new
  competence profiles on a regular basis
• Participants select interesting profiles from the catalogue
  and request meetings
• If accepted, 30-minute meetings are scheduled by
  the EU Cooperation Unit
• Individual meeting schedules will be sent via E-Mail to
  the participants a few days prior to the Brokerage Event
• The conference language is english

Deadlines:

Registration: 1 May 2009

Booking of individual meetings: 7 May 2009

Fee:

The participation fee is € 100,- plus 19% VAT per person.

The reduced fee for members of universities amounts to
€ 70,- plus 19% VAT.

The fee does not include an entrance ticket to the trade fair.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation and the invoice by separate mail. Cancellation is free of charge until 24 April 2009. Afterwards, the total fee will be due, also for no-shows.
