The objective of the international conference "Next generation Solar Energy" is the comprehensive presentation of the current status and future research and development activities.
Next generation photovoltaic technologies, based on either nanostructures, plasmonics, quantum dots, multiple exciton generators and luminescent up & down-converters are expected to make a major contribution in the field of Photovoltaics. In combination with technologies like tandem and multi-junction devices as well as intermediate bandgap materials further increase in efficiency can be expected.
The conference offers an excellent opportunity to get informed about latest developments and current projects and to exchange experience with other experts in order to initiate new projects.
